Sorry but this is trial version and not a full working version... and Super Focus is in beta... HMMM :-(
Have you applied the patch after installing the software? It's still in beta at Topaz' side but the other release shared here didn't feature it at all because it wasn't actually the official 3.3.0 release.

It's exactly the same URL as in my post which works fine with the patch. Have you tried uninstalling it completely from your system and then reinstalling before applying the patch? Do not launch the app before you've patched it, this might be the issue.
I have tried again... but why it takes so long to render if you choose something to render with Super Focus...
It's a completely new feature that's very resource hungry like many other AI tasks. Hopefully they will improve performance in the future.

Thank You for Your share. In my case (on my computer), this installation doesn't download AI models. Does it work for You and others?
Did you upgrade from an older 3.x version? If the models don‘t change, the installer doesn’t download any. It only downloads newer models if they are available.
Yes, I completely uninstalled the previous version, but the new models are not getting downloaded and I get error on the software. When I install the earlier version they get downloaded again, so in my case they do not get downloaded only on the newest version posted here. Tried several times. If we install the new version over the previous (without uninstalling) it uses the earlier models. Do You think they are the same? If so then installing over the previous version is the solution.
From version 3.4.0 on, the models are not downloaded during install but from the app when it's being used. So you can do a fresh install of the latest version, load an image and the app will then download the required models depending on the modules you apply to the image. They probably want to reduce server load by only serving models to customers when needed and not whenever the software is installed.
One more time. I uninstalled the previous version (which worked fine) installed the new version, opened the image within the app, and got the same error again. "Error running model". For some reason, on a clean install, this new version models do not download when I try to work with pictures. On your computer, all works fine... Problem on my end... Right?
Yes, it looks like an issue at your end. In the app, you can go to preferences, application, general and then check that "enable in-app model downloads" is enabled. It's a new feature they introduced in version 3.4.0. If the app can't download any models, it could be an issue with your firewall in case you have one installed.
Thank you "meatsoup" for delving into this problem. Will try to figure out what's wrong with my computer settings. If anyone else experiences this - my solution is to install the previous version which downloads all models by default, and then upgrade to the newest one. Do not know if models are the same, but the software works.
