Trophy Points - New System

    Starting from now you will receive 10 Trophy Points at each 100 likes you receive.
    At 10000 likes you will receive 1000 Trophy Points and you can get the Lifetime Contributor Membership from the store.

    The system does NOT apply retroactively.
    It applies from now on. So even if you have received a message that you earned some TP they have not been credited to you.
    This system is applied to reduce the number of likes required from now on.

    I had 43 trophies points yesterday and now I have 13. Why? Trophies points received for 400, 500 and 600 likes.

    As I said in the first post: The system does NOT apply retroactively.
    If you started with 13 TP, you now have the same amount.
    But the advantage is that you will gain 10 TP faster(at each 100 likes).

    I understand that but I am talking less than 24 hours.

    Your system awarded me the points less then 24 ago and the took it away. I am talking about 10-15 hours ago.

    Had it not, I would have agreed. You know hard it is to find/buy content and share it just to keep the gold membership.

    If you were active during the same hours yesterday (and before I put the forum in maintenance), then yes you would've had observed an increase in your TP (and a decrease after the forum was live).
    I apologize for that.
    I hope you can get past the small glitches that happen from time to time and enjoy the new TP system.

    and then, there comes the glitch and it took it all way the points from us. And then, we go back again to what we've started again to the same all drawing board. Is that right @george?

    So, why do you need to come up a New Trophy System, if it won't be credit automatically to all the recipients who are working hard for their likes? So I should suggest retaining the old system because it is totally confusing.

    It sounds a good motivational tactic for starters. However, it doesn't apply automatically because we are still relying on the old systems. I don't know now which is which?

    I am currently on 700+ Likes going to 800. So there is no assurance that the 10 points will be credit to me, as I reach 800 likes. Is that right?

    No it is not right. The system will automatically give you 10 TP at each 100 likes.
    Period.

    Will try to make it clear....because of the Great Caos :) "new wind" is always this way :)

    1) New system is not retroactive...but Old Members should stay happy

    Points gained with the yesterday's "switch off-on" were just automatic (from new system) but without any effect

    2) At this time, GM is only by CM (contributor) so old system was a bit too much for old members in reaching trophies...and this is good for new members too

    3) It's an attempt to avoid duplicate users account (see penalities: https://p-v.club/threads/duplicate-user-accounts-penalties.6950/ )

    Hehe, guys, you will not get points for your past work, only future work will be credited according to the new system. Yesterday, I had 400 points, today I have back my 60 points, yet you don't see me crying.

    i reached 1600likes. not got 20 points and still remaining with my old 3 points.

    Guys, I am already at my 800 likes and nothing has awarded on my credits it should be 33 by now. And it is still 23. So @george is this is a big deal after all. It's a unfair system glitch!!!

    See, something is fishy in here. I wondering now, what would be the excuse of @goerge.

    So what it wil be then @tribal & @xjjx? Is this the end of Trophy System?

    Could anyone verify, who among of you have reach another 100+ Likes? May we know what's your feedbacks? Thanks.


    Delayed! IF I DIDN'T REACT NOTHING WILL HAPPEN TO MY CREDITS. What more if I just shut up?

    Please stop it with the conspiracy theories.
    And yes I do have an explanation (or excuse as you name it).
    There is a cron job that runs from hour to hour and updates the Trophy Points.
    This is standard behavior on Xenforo to avoid system overload.
    If you do not receive your Trophy Points after 1 hour after you have reached the step then you can start worrying,.

    Dude, as I said, take a chill pill. It was already explained that you receive trophy points within an hour after hitting the required number of likes.
    This "new" system is like the old one, just the scale for getting trophy points is different.

    Yes, tribal you are absolutely right.
    There is no difference from the old system, except the scale, so if you had no issues with TP until now, you will not have any in the future.
