    Not sure if it exists, but is there a way to hide either certain forums ..or at least the activity from them? New posts is currently dominated by a bunch of random eBooks and actions from nowhere in particular. Love that they're there - just don't much care to miss other/more relevant (to me) things when people go on posting sprees/content dumps.

    Have you actually watched that forum (it appears in the Watched Forums section at the top)?
    If not you can use the "Mark Forums Read" option at the top.

    I haven't. But 'New Posts' (homepage subsection) is filled with '72 sunset overlays' and things like that. So I was kinda looking for an opt out.
