US Photobook Printer Recommendations

    I have a 100 page, 12x12" book I would like to print on lay-flat pages. The printer I was going to use does not print a 100 page book. I am concerned about the thickness of the book I had one printed a few years back and it was comically thick. I am more concerned with the quality than the price. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
