Very Good Presets is excited to introduce the most challenging preset we’ve ever made, Fuji 400H.

Our first attempt at recreating a Fujifilm has been a blast - full of uncertainty, compromises, surrenders, and successes.

Fujifilm discontinued this film stock in 2021 because they could no longer source the raw materials needed to make this film stock. Bringing this legendary look to digital cameras, we can attest - whatever Fuji was going through to source this look, we went through it with 1’s and 0’s.

Shooting dozens of well-kept (frozen) rolls of Fuji 400H that expired in 2021 through 2023 led us down a path chasing light, greens, magenta highlights (but also cool highlights?), and working countless hours to perfect a preset pack that would bring this pallet to your camera.

Fuji 400H gave photographers a uniquely soft and airy palette with pastel greens and blues that no other film could match. We hope our preset does the same.
