Me, I only use the Retouching Toolkit > Eye Help. It really helps me a lot. @mariana . I'm just try out eveything out, some portion of this and that. Because there are best panel like on the Beautify/Venus on the Color Grading button which are great. And other than those, I don't have.

I want to try someone, but first I am studying everything manual, like use plug ins when you know how to do it manual but you want to do the job quickly... :)

Agree, with you. That's the best practice is by reading manual. I would rather read tons of books, than be on a tutorial. Because, sometimes some teachers on the tutorial are bit boring that makes you sleepy and 5 mins later, you wouldn't know that your already in bed. :D hihihihi

No panels, my self-made actions. Only panel I have installed is Lumi32 for luminosity masks, but not actual retouch.

I use a combination of Delicious and Portrait Pro. Portrait Pro for liquifying and relighting and Delicious for skin retouching. Works great and the workflow is easy to manage.
