What is your favorite Davince Powergrade

Hi!!

I'm migrating to Davince Resolve and having some problems with Color, what recommendations do you have? What powergrade do you recommend? I'm working with Sony A7siii files without picture profile and others in S-Log S-Gamut3.Cine, other files come to me from Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6K Pro and others may start coming from a RED Komodo camera. So I need some tips, if you can help me I would be grateful!
