Do we want to try and setup a GB for this?

 

I think it is quite unrealistic. In relation to Jason Buff and Baev. I think it uses a lot of blur in the backround and it should also use oil effect which in the middle image makes it very unrealistic .. Also the separation of tones from Shadows to Highlights here is not so good. The 3rd image is almost flat (techniques with Channels, blent if, Gradients Maps etc)
Of course its a great job but I compare him with the other 2 which in my opinion are much better.

 

Hii! Could you explain to me how GB works? And how to do it?

 

A Gb is done by the moderators of the site.
Basically we need a minimum of 10 people who want to go in the GB in order for it to go ahead.
the cost of the course/videos etc are split between the members who want the content.

Once a GB has been approved by a Mod then you will get a private message to send money via paypal.
Mod gets the content and uploads to a mega link which we download from.

So if you want something that's requested...comment on the thread saying you are keen for a GB.

 

Would it be necessary to create a new topic or could I request it?

 

this is one-to-one mentoring, so could be hard to get it in my humble opinion
