This is the software for the X-Rite i!Pro 1 and i1Pro2 colour photospectrometers. You will need the device itself, and although these often come up secondhand on eBay they rarely have the software included because the devices are keyed with a license. Yes I use this on Win10 and it works fine. I have an i1Pro mk 1 and it is fully functional with this s/w. I have only found one slight bug - don't change the illumination drop down option when doing a monitor calibration otherwise the program will hang. Choose your illumination response before starting the cal.
All these downloads you point to are either free utilities or program updates, not the core iProfiler program.
