    is it only for Premiere or Final cut, After effects ? or both ?

    It says mp4 files. Which means it will work in any software. and check the tags as well if you are having trouble locating what software works with it. :)

    It's all good :) mostly my fault I can't locate the damn thing on their website anymore I'm sure they got a better more descriptive paragraph.
