Thanks a ton for the pastel pack!!

Apparently an update for the visual flow system has been released along with some new toolkit, which existing users should get as a free upgrade. Just curious to know if that update has been added here as well or not.

+ 1, same issue. Most all of the profiles are too outdated for newer camera models.

I've converted A7R IV CameraProfiles for DVLOP.

FILM II and DVLOP X are from developer installers. DVLOP V1 & V2 converted ones are pretty much the same since I've made the same process they do, which is converting the presets based on the sensor of previous models.

Also if someone needs DVLOP profiles for Canon 1D X Mark III: https://p-v.club/threads/complete-v...k-ii-1d-x-mark-iii-dvlop-1d-x-mark-iii.22312/

Just one question. Isn't it better to create your own profile with the X-Rite Colorchecker Passport?

@cocexperte1 I don’t have ColorChecker but if someone has the color card of it and one A7R IV, I can make new VSCO Colorprofiles for Sony A7R Mark IV. I‘ll just need a raw picture with the color card in frame taken by that camera in question.
Altought let me tell you that’s not the best way of doing it in this case.
    I’ll explain...

Colorchecker is good to make your own starting point color profiles for cameras you use and work on your edits as you want. If thats the case, you will need to make color profiles with different light conditions for the same camera to fit properly with different photos. But for this purpose I think will not be that great since you dont know in which conditions VSCO FILM series profiles were made light wise.... in result it will end in different colors and even more different tone curves for the same preset of, lets say, a canon 1DX II Camera profile made from VSCO and a Mark III model camera profile made by you. This is because the .raw file or .dng with the colorchecker passport that will give you the cameraprofile won’t be in the same calibration as VSCO’s when they made the presets to emulate old kodak cameras, portra cameras, e.g.
Bare in mind that VSCO Film goal is to emulate old cameras, these presets are not just looks.
In the other hand...the main point of camera profiles in this case is to match as close as possible the same presets in different cameras and models, allowing you to achieve the same result for the same preset in compositions took from different cameras. Is pretty much the same process DVLOP has been doing. Thats why colorchecker is irrelevant when you want to make new colorprofiles to go with previously made presets. The best way is convert pre-existing ones made from the developer for the latest model available (with the same calibrations) to new camera revisions. Converting from different models obviously will not work either.

But as I said... colorchecker is a great tool if you want to make colorprofiles for your camera in different conditions and have the best real starting point for your edits, like when doing product shooting. Or if you want to make your own preset looks from the ground up.
It is good as well to make profiles for using with other preset looks/bundles that don’t need to match with already made profiles... like for example presets that content creators are selling online. Those presets open with adobe standard or adobe color and both have related accuracy problems like in blue and purple color for sony cameras, for example. In this case still better to make a profile for your camera instead of using adobe ones, but in general is not as much of an importance since those looks tend to have heavily hue changes and the difference you will notice is minimal. Again, if that's what you want you will need to have colorprofiles for each calibration/situation like daylight, studio light, sunset light, and so on.

Hope this busy text helped. Best Regards.
