Update: Looks like Lightroom CC 2019 is a go with Adobe Zii 4.0.5. Still waiting to see if it will also do Adobe Audition, but it looks like nearly all are now patchable. Update2: Some users are reporting trouble with Zii 4.0.5 and some are saying it works. Previous post with link will be updated once confirmed.
So here's the latest. Adobe Zii 4.0.7 will patch the whole CC 2019 suite (including Lightroom). I can't find a direct link to Zii to update my previous post, but i'm sure that for those that can find the install dmg will have Zii included anyway.

Great stuff.....any directions on how to install it on a Mac? For instance if you currently have Creative Cloud or if you don't? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Create Adobe account. Install Creative Cloud App that you desire to youse as trial. Use patcher. Enjoy!
It’s not necessary to block sites with Zii. Simply Zii sets the status of the app on trial and all works nice
You need to have Adobe CC installed and logged in (you could create a new account). Install the apps that you need (and covered by Zii) and then run the patch. That’s all. you can also install the free apps without patch
Create free CC account, install any app that you need as trial, dont open it yet. Apply Zii Patcher. Open Apps Done.
Thanks a lot.....does it matter if I am online or do I need to be offline? Do all Patchers work the same....for instance a patch for Capture One?
Capture one it is entirely cracked here Remain Online on CC app, update when its needed and repatch using Zii
