According to the post linked in the previous page the "OP must specify the number of people needed and the price to be paid by each member (no more than 50 €)."

So it's the OP that can decide that if I understand correctly

We have member who mentioned they cannot do more than $25. Better to cap it at 25 to include them.

I guess we just need to wait for one of the mods to see it,

@rudolphpost is it worth editing the OP to add a group buy tag to it (no idea how you would do that) to see if that helps the post get attention

The Mods have been tagged multiple times in this thread.
This cannot be a Group buy unless they approve it. I guess its a waiting game. Perhaps they're waiting certain amount of time to gauge the interest of each request thread.
