    Hello!
I would like to ask you for some help. I am desperately looking for a solution how to make this greyish / dreamy / blurry effect of "vignetting" just like on photos which i`m showing.
Can anybody guide me how to make it? Is it a gradient? If yes, then in which pack I could download it? If it is made in some other way, can you guide me to some tutorial, please? Is it some preset?

Thank you in advance for your help and tips!

Looks like they used a fog overlay and masked it off in the center

In first photo Natalie reduced green, yellow colors, add some blur on background & added vignette black color and blur
You can do this in Lightroom or camera raw

Thank you, @ponnu_78. Can you guide me how to add this blur (is it just gaussian blur on the whole photo and then masking out?) or blur of vignette? Sorry for so many questions, i`m a newbie to this, but I would love to learn it. :)

Well it depends the most accurate technique to add blur is by making depth map blur ( you can YouTube it)

According to me, i think the blur is from the lens of f1.4 or f1.8 & i don't think he/she added it in post. They went with the orange tones in highlights & dark unsaturated blue tones in shadows, added a vignette & retouched the photo also contrasting the colors.

Indeed, I downloaded some of her images to see if there was any info on the metadata, this is what she uses:
    Nikon D850
    Nikon D750
    135 1.8
    85 1.8
    35 1.4
    24 1.4

And it's wide open 95% of the time.

Thank you, @Jack Smith . So it is confirmed that this blur is thanks to her lenses straight out of the camera. What about this greyish effect she addes around? Any ideas about that?

That is just a vignette to draw the eye into the subject.
I use Nik Collection - Color Efex Pro > Darken/Lighten Center for a more subtle effect.

Like i said you can achieve this similar blur just YouTube "Dept Map blur in Photoshop" & you'll have a lot of tutorials on it but I'll prefer you watch the one uploaded by Phlearn, he's a very talented Photoshop guru you can say. & about that greyish effect you can achieve this in Photoshop using adobe camera raw or by using adjustment layers or in Lightroom Classic just by playing with HSL sliders of the relevant color or by using adjustments brush.

Also, pro tip if you are struck with editing or won't top copy some other artists grading/look just YouTube the tones you want & add the app name in which you want to edit. Eg., you saw a post of Sam Kolder on instagram & you want to achieve his orange look you can youtube "orange look in photoshop" & you'll have a lot of tutorials on them
