Ignoring the posting guidelines?!

    I keep seeing posts from members, new and old, who simply cannot/won't follow the posting guidelines. Can't the mods do something about this? If there are guidelines, then everyone should follow them. Just my opinion. What do the other members here think? Otherwise you can delete the guidelines! But I am absolutely against it. It would be nice if the guidelines/rules were better enforced. Sorry, but this had to be said.

    "most" of the newcomers just jump on board and start d/l everything they can get at.

    Agree, admin should STAY on top of it, but when ya got 1000's of members, kinda tough.

    Excuse me? If you can't/won't contribute to the topic, then please move on. Thank you.

    My only concern is that there are enough new posts that just put a link to a website and the download link in their post, nothing more. But there are rules about what a post should look like. And you should follow them. For example, there are enough posts with presets where there is a link and nothing else, no info, nothing. And that's just annoying.

    You didn't state what bothers you except that people are breaking the rules.
    Which rules?
    What is the issue at heart?
    Why are you upset about this?
    It cannot be fixed if you do not elaborate.
    Which guidelines do you see not being addressed?

    Why did both of you need to attack me for such a simple question?

    I agree with your preset post annoyance, It bugs the hell out of me also, and now that you have stated the issue it can possibly be addressed.

    I totally get your point, it can be frustrating when the guidelines aren’t followed. If you come across posts that don’t meet the rules, feel free to report them. This helps the mods address issues more effectively, especially since they can’t catch everything on their own. Thank you for speaking up and helping keep the community enjoyable for everyone!
