Just a question : how much time after this purchase will it become available to every gold member? Means if I have to wait 3 months, I rather wait instead of paying 250 usd to get it now, right? Not to say how fast it will be spread outside the group after the release I bet.

I know I already sound like a broken record, but there is very slim chance to buy this niche course with usual $50-$100 GB share.
95% of photographers focus on art and fail in business.
This course if for those 5% who put business first. That's minority and it's hard to find big group.

I agree it should be longer else we’d all wait to get it as gold member, it’s hella lot cheaper and will definitely leak :sad:

Mod told me 6 months for the previous Level up GB. So this GB should be at least the same 6 months or maybe longer. This Next Level GB is more expensive (similar to the $3k Headshot and Poses That Sell GB).

 

So you want to be exclusive for more time only because you spent more? And change only this rule of the forum for that?.
So what do you say to us the members that contribute with sometimes tuts more expensive that you spent?.
I earned all my likes sharing and with GB and all my share were leaked so for that I need to stop to share?

And maybe you dont need download the "art" courses because you want more business type? Its a forum to sharing, if you want not to share why you dont buy solo?

Sorry but its sounds unfair because many of us arent even seen the $3000 headshot tutorial, only your small group and how can we know that its worth it and already say that we dont care about our business @h1ghm1nd

 

Oh no, I totally don't *want* it to be exclusive for longer time. I just want to find a way actually to make it work.
And frankly speaking it's obvious that if the price for GB is $250 or so, many will be hesitant to participate.
Knowing the course will be available in a short time will kill incentive. People will prefer to wait and in the end no one will get it whatsoever. I can buy it solo, but I'd rather get 105 1.4 I want

 

I know you can all buy solo, I saw it already. So I think that 6 moths is fair for all, no need a year for that.

 

I don't really know if 6 months vs 12 months will make a difference for those folks who are on a fence.
It would be nice to see more people willing to participate in GB.

 

I don't see the problem.Yes many people participate in GB, other GB like me. And also the people that pay every month gold contribute to buy expensive courses that you also use and yes it 6 months is a 6 months. Why only in this type of course you want to be change the rules? well not only you as I saw.
And imagine the people that pay 120 euros in one year? they don't have the right to have amazing material? they need to wait a year?

I can PROMISE YOU that you’ll want this course everyone. But more importantly, you’ll WANT THESE BONUSES! They’re worth almost as much as much as 1 seat! ;-)

 

I already mention why changing rules can be "make it or break it" in this case. If people don't want to wait 6 months {or a year or any other time} they might decide to participate. If people decide to wait we will not get this course at all. There is not good choice here. It's finding a "less bad" option.

I do understand that this community is rolling because people are generously sharing what they've got. Yet this can backfire when it's expensive course we are talking about. Expensive and above all niche, as not everybody is doing photography full time and for many this course is only "good to have" vs "must have".

 

I think what's currently in place is an effective and equatable method; but also believe more peeps should participate in GBs - especially of these special and very focused courses - - keep in mind the Mods do traditionally offer TPs as well relative to the ticket cost. In this course - the organizer is additionally offering exclusive personal material. I don't think anyone is trying to prohibit sharing to anyone who is playing within the established rules - just trying to find a fair balance. If one stretches the defined limits in one way (settling for a higher cost) - it's fair to balance that equation by asking for a longer exclusive period OR having the Mod define what is acceptable to all - with the end-goal that all members have access eventually. These are talking points - but all must agree that the GBs are relatively a solid leg upon which this community functions, right?

 

Bump. Sale ends on 12/4 y’all. If we can buy during the sale, we would only need 22 people (rather than 25) for $100 each.

For those who wants to wait - if we dont have much people to buy it then instead of waiting we may never have it at all, so isnt it worth considering contributing while the group is big then just not having at all??
If we all just want to save and wait then how can anyone even buy it.
