    Just adding a comment since orphaned ideas/rules can get confusing and I found this thread in a search (in case someone else comes along later and thinks this is still the current rule).

    @george has listed this topic in the post consolidating the rules ( https://p-v.club/threads/the-rules.2/ ) and the rule now states:
